GARY DeMARCO | President
Gary brings 25 years of progressive management experience including general management, strategic planning, business development, finance, and systems. He has held senior-level positions with Big 6 consultancies, private equity portfolio companies and Fortune 500 corporations. He is acutely focused on business planning and establishing business organizations built around generating customer value and business innovation.
WILLIAM DRAKE | V.P. Sales & Marketing
Bill has spent the last 25 years working directly with customers across the steel industry. He takes a hands-on approach to customer service, and recognizes the importance of going the extra mile to support his customers. Bill is an experienced trouble-shooter who can diagnose operational efficiency opportunities and modes of failure. His industry background includes plant management. Bill currently sits on the AIST Refractory Systems Technology Committee.
TED DeMARCO | V.P. Operations
Ted has over 20 years in steel refractory with extensive experience in operations, engineering and sales. His operational focus includes plant start ups and process flow optimization. Ted consistently brings innovative concepts and problem-solving mind set to his customers. Ted has been referred to as the leading design engineer in the refractory industry in many circles.
